Sorry I haven’t provided you with an update, I did email Ian when I was on leave and he mentioned that he was in the process of reviewing the application and will be discussing this further with the principal officer before issuing the decision.
In answer to your question I do not manage Planning Policy it is managed by James Harland but I can confirm that we have received their response which I have attached, this will also be uploaded. As you will see planning policy has not request any affordable contributions.
At the moment we are experiencing delays with determining the applications, this is primarily due to a shortage of officers and an increase in workload. Ian is aware that a response is due and will aim to review the application as soon as possible.
